Gokudera regretted ever letting Yamamoto convince him to take that bet. He couldn’t believe he had been wrong, especially about Tsuna. The whole reason he had took that stupid wager in the first place was because he thought that the Tenth would never fall for someone like Hibari.
That wasn’t the worst part though, now he had to do whatever the baseball freak told him to do. The storm guardian was speechless. All he could do was stare at Hibari and Tsuna through the crack in the door of the classroom. The two were too busy to notice that there were people spying on them.
Gokudera sighed and closed the door. He really didn’t want to see the person he admired so much like that. He felt someone walk up behind him.
“I win!” Gokudera turned his head to see Yamamoto grinning from ear to ear. “Now you have to do whatever I want,” the young swordsman whispered into his ear.
The storm guardian felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist. He panicked and pushed him away.
“Just tell me what you want me to fucking do already!” He glared, but Yamamoto didn’t find it very intimidating. He just smiled.
So cute… He thought as he grabbed Gokudera’s wrist and pulled him closer. He wrapped his arms around Hayato once again. The storm guardian closed his eyes tightly bracing himself for the worst.
“I dare you to go commando for the day,” said Yamamoto with a grin.
“Wha-what!?” Gokudera pushed Yamamoto off of him. “No way!”
“Aw…come on Hayato, it’s not that bad. I do it all the time!”
Gokudera began to walk away, when Yamamoto stopped him.
“Please?” The rain guardian looked at him with sad puppy eyes. He hated that look. That was the look that started this whole mess. That was the look that no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t resist it.
“Fine, just let me go!”
Yamamoto let him go and smiled. He couldn’t wait for tomorrow.
The next day, Gokudera walked slowly into the classroom, feeling as though thirty people were staring at him, even though only a few were there. He wondered if anyone would notice he was going commando. If anyone did notice, he could just kick their ass.
But what if the Tenth notices? He thought. Damnit, why am I even doing this?
“Hi Gokudera-kun!” Tsuna interrupted his thoughts.
“Oh…h-hi T-tenth!” Gokudra smiled nervously.
“Are you okay Gokudera-kun? You seem nervous…” Tsuna looked at him more closely.
Gokudera stepped back a bit. “Yeah, I’m fine. I’m just didn’t get enough sleep last night!”
Tsuna shrugged. “Alright, if you say so.” He then went to his seat.
Gokudera sighed in relief that Tsuna didn’t notice. He was walking to his seat when he was stopped by someone tightly wrapping their arm around his shoulders. He tried to ignore it, but he wasn’t in the mood today. He turned around to hit them, but they blocked it.
“Good morning Hayato!” Yamamoto was smiling, as usual.
“Would you stop calling me by my first name!? And where did you come from anyway!?” Everyone in the classroom stared at them, including Tsuna.
“My house,” he laughed.
“No shit! That’s not what I meant, you idiot!” He turned around to continue walking back to his seat. “Just leave-” That’s when he noticed everyone staring at them and whispering.
“Are they dating?” He heard one of the girls say. He blushed lightly at the thought of dating Yamamoto. He didn’t want to admit it, but he kind of liked the baseball freak, even if he acted like an idiot sometimes. He wanted to run, and that’s exactly what he did.
Gokudera sprinted down the hallway as fast as he could to the stairs that led to the roof of the school. When he got to the roof, he leaned against the fence to catch his breath. He desperately needed a smoke. He took out the pack of cigarettes he kept in his pocket and opened it. There were none left.
He threw the empty pack to the ground, “Damnit!”
Yamamoto had followed him, but kept his distance. He slowly walked over to Gokudera and sat down next to him. He braced himself, expecting to get hit, but the storm guardian just looked at him.
“You okay?” asked Yamamoto hesitantly, “’Cause you ran pretty fast.”
Gokudera was quiet. He was still blushing and tried to hide it by hugging Yamamoto.
The rain guardian blinked hugging him back. He smiled, “You smell nice Hayato.”
Gokudera hit him upside the head and pushed him away.
“Ow…what’d I do?” Yamamoto noticed the slight blush on the other boy’s face. “Why are you blushing?”
“I’m not blushing…” mumbled Gokudera.
“Are you horny? Is that why you ran away?” Yamamoto smiled innocently, “I’ll leave you alone so you can take care of it!”
Gokudera wanted to hit him again, but he figured the guy has lost enough brain cells. “I’m not horny!”
“Then why did you run away? Do I smell weird?” Yamamoto sniffed his shirt, “I promise I took a shower this morning.”
Gokudera rolled his eyes, “Never mind…you’ll never get it…”
“Get what?” Yamamoto looked at him with a confused look on his face. “Tell me.”
Gokudera shook his head. Yamamoto lightly cupped the storm guardian’s chin in his hand brought their faces closer. He gently pressed his forehead against Hayato’s.
“Please?” said Yamamoto in a low, quiet tone.
Gokudera was blushing bright red now. He was even more embarrassed than before, but he couldn’t hide it this time with Yamamoto being so close.
Yamamoto smiled, “I get it now…you like me.”
Gokudera nodded a bit. “Yeah…”
Yamamoto kissed Gokudera lightly, only for a couple of seconds, and then hugged him. “You’re not very good at hiding it.”
“Shut up!” Gokudera hugged Yamamoto back. Yamamoto laughed then kissed him again. Gokudera responded this time and pulled the young swordsman even closer. He had been waiting to kiss Yamamoto for a while now. He liked the feeling of his soft lips pressed against his. He didn’t want it to end. The rain guardian pulled Gokudera on top of him. The storm guardian gasped in surprise.
Yamamoto took advantage of this and deepened the kiss, playing with Gokudera’s tongue. The storm guardian felt the other boy’s hand slowly move down his back. He would have been okay with that if Yamamoto hadn’t grabbed his ass.
Gokudera pushed him off, “What the hell!? You just ruined the kiss you idiot!”
Yamamoto laughed again, “Sorry, but I’ve been wanting to do that all day, especially since you’re going commando.”
“What the hell does that have to do with anything!?”
Yamamoto grabbed Gokudera’s hand and placed it on the zipper of his pants. He felt something hard, but it took him a while to realize what it was. As soon as he figured out what it was he pulled his hand back quickly.
“Wha-what the hell does that have to do with you grabbing my ass!?” Gokudera moved away from Yamamoto a bit.
“Well…I wanted to grab something else, but I thought you would’ve stopped me.” Yamamoto moved closer to Gokudera.
Gokudera tried to get up to run away again, but was pulled back down onto Yamamoto’s lap. “You’re not going to leave me like this are you?”
“Yes.” Gokudera got up and quickly ran home.
Yamamoto just sat there and didn’t follow him this time. He sighed, “Oh well…I’ll try some other time.” He grinned; At least it worked for the most part. He’s so cute when he’s embarrassed.
